Can things get any worse?

When i started this blog my intention was not too whinge and moan but today I am going to make an exception. Mainly because i received a phone call saying that my new job offer has been withdrawn due to budget constraints in the NHS! So if my landlord and manager wont accept my revoked notices I am jobless and homeless........what a bunch of bastards!

  1. Ohhhh, I'm so sorry! That is completely unfair and so frustrating!!! I feel your pain, yesterday I was essentially demoted from my current job to one with less pay, less hours, and less benefits due to cutbacks after working there for almost 3 years. So unfair, and so frustrating, so now I'm on the job hunt. Good luck with everything!

  3. Oh Jenny, I am so sorry to hear that. I work in the NHS myself and am not feeling too secure about my own position either. Hope everything works out for you. x

  4. Jenny,
do hope it all works out ok for u but such a stressful time.
Like u say surely this late down the track, with u giving notice to move etc, they cannot withdraw the offer. U have committed to the move so surely they must uphold.
