Bloody Typical

Well I am on annual leave now and guess what I am full of cold. Runny nose, sore throat and a bad cough, so I am feeling rather sorry for myself.

30 Day Book Challenge - Day 3

Your favourite book to recommend to friends?
Easy one for me, it has to be A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khalid Hossenni or as i call it one night in New York, as i literally read it in one night in New York! On a more serious note it introduced me to the beautiful country Afghanistan and its struggle and plights. It s a book that will stay with me forever.

The Royal Wedding

Well, even though was working i got to watch it at work and what a magical delight it was. Kate was absolutely jaw droppingly stunning, she reminded me of a cross between Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn. If i am on honest i don't see the physical attraction of Prince William, his brother Harry is far more yummy! But today even i have to admit he looked good. I wish them all the luck in the world

30 Day Book Challenge- Day 2

Your least favourite book of all time?

A.M Holmes - This book Will Save Your Life

A rich man moaning about how terrible his life is. Poorly written nonsense and twaddle, a waste of time and energy. Oh and a terrible cover to top everything off!

30 Day Book Challenge. Day 1

Favourite Book of all time?

This is a toughie but it has to be Anne Franks diary for the simple reason that it is a true story and i don't think that there is anything more powerful than the truth.

I am back!

After a 6 month break I'm coming back to the world blogging! Ive missed the blogging world and the focus it gives you in your life and the skills you gain/sharpen when doing so. The Bloggerverse will be pleased to hear Angel is a big girl now and I am still as mad and passionate about books, films and charity shops as ever! I've let things slide on the writing front but hope to pick that up again. The only major difference now is that i am two weeks away from becoming a home owner!!!!!!!!!! Scary stuff. Look forward to catching up with everything i've missed.
